SExI TREX visits toTBC HQ, Berakas and BIA 10th. March, 2009

Today, 10th. March 2009, TREX Team's journey continued our 4th. visit to TBC HQ, Berakas and International Airport from 9am until 3.30pm to observed and monitor all the CSR members who were on duty and their supervisors as well to do the Daily Morning Briefing as instructed.

Team Leader: Hjh Norsari was not there, she was attending a meeting with GM.

Our TREX Team's visit to the TBC headquarters around 8.30am to 10.00am and two of HQ CSR members were selected to coach the Daily Morning Briefing session.

Our next stop was at the TBC Berakas approximately at 10.30am and We were attended by Supervisor : Aliddin Hj Yahya.

TBC members: Hjh Masnah Hj Untong ; Siti Zuraidah Hj Alim and Dk Norfadillah Pg Ahmad.
The Briefing monitoring session finished around 11:45am.

Our last stop for TREX's Visit today was at the TBC Brunei International Airport from 1330hrs to 1530hrs after having our lunch break around 12pm at RBC Cafeteria International Airport.

We did a two sessions coaching, the first was at: 1330pm until 1415pm with CSR member
Hj Amdan Hj Pakar (morning shift) and second session were with Hjh Maimunah Mintek (evening shift: 1415pm to 1500pm ) while waiting for the supervisor, Yunos Hj Ering who came around 3pm and were briefed shortly by TREX Team until 15.30pm .

All CSR members were instructed to conduct the Daily Morning Briefing individually including the Supervisors in charge.


TREX members re-briefed and gave advices on how to conduct the Daily Morning Briefing correctly by following a set of standard rules from SExI (Service Excellence Initiatives Programme) led by TREX Team to all the Customers Service Representatives (CSR) in order to achieve their Key Performance Index (KPI) in serving Customers with high Standard People Practice (SPP) as instructed by Our Organization's Vision to be a leading Company of telecomunication and information technology in the region and one of our main Mission to customers to provide an excellent telecommunication and information technology products and services that exceeds customers expectations.

Next trip coming soon , April 2009 visits., be prepared ;)
