TREX VISITS FEB/MARCH 2009

Customer Service Excellence Initiatives (SExI) Programme is set up to observed and trained all our Customer Services staffs ( CSR ) to do the Daily Morning Briefing and weekly Coaching session in a same standard way of The Standard People Practice (SPP) known as 'Program Sayangi Pelanggan' at all our 13 TBCs throughout the Country in Brunei Darussalam., based on our Corporate Motto and Programme: "Sayangi Pelanggan, Menjana Perubahan, Dari di layani kepada Melayani." and to do our daily 10 basic courtesies: Pre, During and After to all our valuable customers equally, no matter how and when for our Frontliners to give the best excellence services to the customers.

3rd. Visits for Training & Expert Team today 4th. March, 2009 :

From Muara we continue our TREX programme to TBC Berakas around 11:00am
Unfortunately TBC Berakas Supervisor Aliddin Hj Yahya was not in and Hjh Masnah & Siti Zuraidah were there and not ready to be briefed.

So we headed on to TBC International Airport around 11:30am and again Supervisor Yunos Hj Ering was alone without his staff around, we cancelled the briefing session to another date.

12pm we drove to TBC Mall Gadong , we were greeted by two of Mall CSR and none of their Supervisors either Hj Zulkiflee or Hj Morni was in : out for lunch break.

Lunch Break: 1:35pm to 2:15pm /spent few minutes passing by our Roadshow booth at the Mall Gadong by EB Unit/March 2009 Promotion .

From 2:30pm we drove to Sengkurong TBC and attended by Supervisor : Hj Bakir Hj Lisa Sengkurong: 2:45pm to 3:50pm.

By 3:50pm we reached our last destination for the day at TBC Sinarubai .

Briefing and Coaching for Hjh Umi lasted about 1 hour later and joined by Hj Bakir and Hjh Rokiah from Sengkurong TBC.

Re-briefed by Hj Sulaiman & Hjh Norsari, assisted by Pgh Hjh Mariam/Dk Normah / Saadiah & Selmah.

And we left Sinarubai for HQ around 4:50pm and reached TBC HQ Berakas around 5:15pm.
